Dr. Bhao Nhiang Thao is passionate about providing a holistic approach to person-centered care with the healing modalities of acupuncture. With her personal and clinical experience, she understands how important the mind-body connection is to one’s healing journey.
Dr. Thao is knowledgeable in treating a variety of conditions- from pain to mental health, digestive disorders, sleep, and cancer support. She is especially interested in treating emotional health, chronic pain management (including migraines), women’s health and providing a safe and gentle alternative medicine for children.
Dr. Thao earned a Doctoral Degree in Chinese Medicine at Northwestern Health Sciences University in Bloomington. Her clinical experience includes Woodwinds Hospital in Woodbury, the University of Minnesota Medical Center- Pediatric Specialty Care Journey Clinic, Penny George Institute for Health and Healing in Minneapolis, and onsite clinics at Northwestern Health Sciences University.
